This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order dated 03.11.2025 made in Crl.A.No.46 of 2025 on the file of the VI Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai by confirming the judgment dated 02.12.2024 made in S.T.C.No.1062 of 2024 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court II, Egmore, Allikulam.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
