ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to remove the median at intermediate levels and install traffic signals to make the movement of traffic smooth and orderly at OMR Road between Kalikundram- Kanagam and Adyar -Tiruvanmiyur and consequentially, direct the removal of barricade placed on the OMR road at the point leading to the Sardar Patel road, forthwith.

2. Learned Government counsel, made a submission that the grievances of the petitioner had already been redressed.

3. In view of the above, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No Costs.
