ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 14.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21899 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21899 of 2014 dated 14.08.2014 has been complied with in G.O.(3D) No.5, dated 12.02.2016 and the learned Government Advocate (Forest) appearing for the respondents has also confirmed the same. Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
