This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by him on 01.09.2014.
2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that in respect of the death of the petitioner's wife, a case in Crime No.242/2014 has been registered. 4.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in Crime No.242/2014 in a fair manner and in the course of enquiry, if any foul play is detected, appropriate action shall be taken by the respondent police against the persons concerned.
