ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2012 and 23.08.2012.

2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material placed before this Court. 3.

The petitioner was working as graduate teacher in the fifth respondent school and he was teaching English for the classes 8th to 10th. While being so, on the basis of the complaint received from the Parent Teachers Association, he was transferred from the Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Podhattupettai to the Government High School, Thriuvallur. It was challenged by the petitioner before this Court

in W.P.No.23543 of 2011, and the same was dismissed by this Court an order 04.11.2011, and permitted the petitioner to join in the transferred post.

4.

Thereafter, the petitioner submitted representations dated 02.07.2012 and 23.08.2012 to take appropriate action as against the persons who transferred him viz., the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvallur, on several allegations. The same was not considered, since the earlier the writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order of transfer was dismissed by this Court. Therefore, the present writ petition is nothing but to take action against the person, who transferred him viz., the fourth respondent herein. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition itself devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
