This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the petition to restore W.P.No.26786 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 05.09.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the opinion that this petition has to be allowed on payment of costs.

4.
