This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.07.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent police. It is also seen that the 2nd respondent police called the petitioner and opposite party for enquiry.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that this petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry, which is refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the 2nd respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
