These Original Petitions coming on this day before this court for hearing in the presence of Mr.Avinash Wadhwani for M/s V.Raghavachari, advocates for the petitioner in all the O.P.Nos.265 to 267 of 2021, and Mr.V.Kuberan for M/s Rank Associates, advocate for the respondent in all the O.P.Nos.265 to 267 of 2021, and upon reading the petition filed herein in all the O.P.Nos.265 to 267 of 2021, and the learned counsel for the petitioner having submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the respondent and he also filed a Memo of Compromise

dated 02.08.2021 entered between the parties and the same morefully setout in the schedule hereunder, and it is ordered as follows:- That the O.P.Nos.265 to 267 of 2021 be and is hereby dismissed as settled out of court.

For petitioner in all O.Ps : Mr.Avinash Watwani for Mr.V.Ragavachari For respondentin all O.Ps : Mr.V.Kuberan for M/s.Rank Associates COMMON ORDER These original petitions have been filed for appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes arising from and out of the SASSY, Dealership, WOW agreements dated 20.09.2017, 01.01.2019 and 01.08.2017 respectively.

2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the respondent and he also filed a Memo of Compromise dated 02.08.2021 entered between the parties.

3. In view of the same, these original petitions are dismissed as settled out of Court and the Memo of Compromise dated 02.08.2021 entered between the parties shall form part of the records. No cost. Sd./-N.S.K.J.
