ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying

with the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11962 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order dated 24.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11962 of 2015 has been complied with in G.O.(3D)No.22, dated 30.05.2016 and the same was confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Forest).

Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed.
