O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that Mr.V.Lakshmi Narayanan, Advocate present in Court be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties.

2.As agreed and proposed by the learned counsel for parties, I appoint Mr.V.Lakshmi Narayanan, Advocate, residing at 1958 B, V Avenue, Opp. Main Post Office, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040, Ph: 98414 26922, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute inter se the parties. As requested by the learned counsel, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
