The petitioner is working as Assistant in the Office of the 4th respondent. By order dated 13.04.2015 passed by the first respondent, she has been transferred from fourth respondent Office to third respondent Office. Admittedly, both the Offices are at Chennai.
2. The apprehension of the petitioner is that the third respondent would further transfer her to some other place.
3. The learned Government Advocate states that the transfer order pertaining to the petitioner is only from fourth respondent Office to the third respondent Office, and both the Offices are at Chennai and hence, there is no need to apprehend that she may be transferred to some other place.
4. In view of the said submission, no adjudication of the writ petition is necessary. The Writ Petition is disposed of recording the said submission no costs. Consequently the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
