A.No.2102 of 2022 has been filed to permit the 3rd applicant to act as the authorised agent of Applicants 1 and 2 as specified under Order III Rule 2 of CPC. A.No.2103 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 18 days in filing the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole plaintiff Mr.R.Sathyavageeswaran in the above suit.

A.No.2104 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the applicants 1 to 3 above named herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole plaintiff Mr.R.Sathyavageeswaran in the above suit as plaintiffs 2 to 4.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent/3rd defendant, has strongly opposed to allow these applications.
