[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] Today, the Petitioner's Daughter, viz., Sathya, wife of Senthil,

aged 34 years is produced before this Court by the Respondent-Police. Also, the Petitioner's Son-in-law, Senthil is present today. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Habeas Corpus Petition that since the Petitioner's Daughter, viz, Sathya, is produced by the Respondent-Police, the Petitioner is not pressing the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
