ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition came to be filed on 18.02.2025 in view of the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering the representation dated 17.12.2024.
2. Sri.Prabakar states, the representation shall be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by respondent No.3, on or before 31.07.2025. Sri.Prabakar further states that before passing any order, a personal hearing will be given to petitioner and respondent No.6, notice whereof shall be communicated at least seven working days before the date of hearing.
3. Should any of the parties wish to file any submissions/documents, they may do so. Sri.Sengottuvel appearing for respondent No.6 states that the permission has already been granted by respondent No.3. Sri.Srinivasa Mohan for petitioner states that it is petitioner's case that no permission could be granted. All the points will be considered by respondent No.3, who shall pass a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of the parties.
