Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order vide Letter No. 22200/ Vee.Va. 2(2)/2013-1 dt 24.10.2013 (served on 31.10.2013) by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unfair, unjustifiable, unconstitutional and dishonest exercise of discretionary power and consequently quash the G.O.Ms. No. 274, Housing and Urban Development (HG2 (2) Department dated 01.7.2004 granting 20% in respect of Government Discretionary Quota for allotment of Tamilnadu Housing Boards Rental Apartments in Chennai City as bad and non-est in law and direct the 1st respondent to allot any housing accommodation, namely, Block No.H-5 or any other existing vacant housing accommodation in Lloyds Colony Tamil Nadu Housing Board Rental Quarters under Public Quota to the petitioner to make a shelter to his family assured by Article 21 of the Constitution of India. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
