In the present case, the learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2024 to seize and handover the subject vehicle to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the warrant issued by this Court vide the aforesaid order has not been received by the Advocate Commissioner till date.

3. Further, he would submit that the dispute between the applicant and the respondent has been settled amicably and hence, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.

4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to dismiss this application as withdrawn.

5. Accordingly, recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
