This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 287 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case, against the order of acquittal passed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai by his judgment dated 27.12.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
