This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent and set aside the order rejecting the eligibility for the post of graduate assistant of the petitioner bearing Roll No.12TE26254574 in the Department of School Education of the 1st respondent and to direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Graduate Assistant (English).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
