.. Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to sanction education loan for three years course of Hotel Management to the petitioner.

O R D E R
Petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to sanction education loan to enable the petitioner to pursue his 3 years Hotel Management Decree Course in Chennai Amirta International Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Chennai which is said to be affiliated with Bharathhidasan University.
2. The Respondent Bank has filed counter affidavit stating that the petitioner has not produced the required details such as proof of age etc.
3. Perusal of the counter would reveal that the petitioner appears to have created ugly scenes of shouting and screaming in front of the public and disturbed the entire crowd during the working hours of the Bank.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the respondent Bank is even refusing to grant application form to the petitioner.
5. Without going into the allegation made by the petitioner as against the Bank and allegation made by the Bank as against the petitioner, there will be a direction to the petitioner to approach the 1st respondent along with a copy of this order. On the petitioner appearing before the 1st respondent, he shall be directed to furnish an application form to the petitioner and the petitioner shall receive the application form, fill up the same by furnishing all requisite details and produce all documents called for and submit the filled in application form to the 1st respondent. On the same being submitted, the 1st respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law as per the guidelines of the Bank and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date on which the application is submitted by the petitioner completed in all respects. It is made clear the petitioner shall not get into any argument with the officials of the Bank. No costs.
