This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to conduct investigation and file a final report in Crime No.9 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent-Police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.9 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.
