ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.8033 of 2016, by order dated 26.09.2016, directed the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in any nonsensitive post at a far away place forthwith.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 20.03.2018 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
