O R D E R
This writ petition is directed against the first respondent, to direct him to consider and dispose of the representation made by petitioner dated on 30.11.2017 and 02.03.2018 to the respondent for survey / Measure the vacant plot in Thiruvallur District Ponneri Taluk Aatathangal Village Patta No.5262 Survey No.119/17 Verapandi Nagar Layout Plot No.294 measuring an extent of 750 sq.ft or 0-0.70 Ares of land and fix the boundaries and issue the survey certificate. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the land covering Plot No.294, Patta No.5262, Survey No.119/17 Verapandi Nagar Layout, Aatathangal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District and he has been issued with patta for the said land. He made representation to the third respondent herein on 30.11.
2017 seeking measuring measurement of his property to enable him to fence the said land to avoid unnecessary encroachment by his neighbour. Since his representation has not been attended, he has come to this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3 The learned Government Advocate submits that on payment of necessary charges, the petitioner's land will be measured.
4 Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2017 on receipt of requisite charges for measurement. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
