ORDER
The order impugned passed in the year 2015 states that the petitioner was running Aavin booth at Chidambaram, Government Kamaraj Hospital, without renewing his licence. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner submitted an application seeking renewal of licence, however, it was not considered.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader made a submission that the Government took a policy decision to conduct open public auction in respect of the shops to be allowed inside the Government Hospitals and Medical College Hospitals. Thus, the petitioner has to renew the licence or the authorities are bound to conduct public auction by following the procedures as contemplated. In this regard, the respondents are permitted to take a decision and accordingly, follow the procedures as contemplated.
4.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
