This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue appointment order to the petitioner as Village Administrative Officer in pursuance of Section List dated 08.10.2012, published by the second respondent.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner was selected to the post of Village Administrative Officer, by an order dated 26.12.2012 itself. She also produced a copy of the proceeding issued by the second respondent. 3.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
