It is clarified that paragraph No.2 of this Court's earlier order dated 03.11.2022 in Crl.R.C.No.452 of 2018 shall be modified to the following effect:- "2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the entire cheque amount has been deposited in the Court by the petitioner at the time of considering the suspension of sentence."

2. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in Crl.R.C.No.452 of 2018 dated 03.11.2022 after making necessary corrections.
