(delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the 2nd to 4th respondents for the act of wilful disobedience in implementing the order made in W.P.No.34286 of 2019 dated 05.03.2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34286 of 2019 dated 05.03.2020 has been complied with. He has also produced a Compliance Affidavit dated 06.09.2021 filed by the fourth respondent/Superintendent Highways along with Encroachment Eviction Photographs to that effect.
