Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the G.O.Ms.No.63 dated 20.06.2011 issued by the 1st respondent, Government in Personnel Administrative Reforms (M) Department in so far as to rejection of the proposal of the 2nd respondent, Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission requesting to relax the educational qualification and to allow futher five years period to acquire the educational qualification by the employees of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to relax the educational qualification by the introduction of saving clause as requested by the 2nd respondent, the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission in his letter No.820/PDA-2/2009 dated 30.10.2012.

ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, he had also given a letter dated 05.04.2019 to withdraw the writ petition, and he has made an endorsement to the following effect: "May be permitted to withdraw the writ petition as instructed by the petitioners".

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
