This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to issue a direction for speedy disposal of O.S.No.341 of 2008 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners had submitted before this Court that there is no application pending before the Court below.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit as well as the submissions of the learend counsel for the petitioners, and as the suit was filed in the year 2008 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and on a perusal of the affidavit in which it has been stated that it is prolonged to decide the said suit and the said disputes are pending for the past eleven years and it is against the judgments of the Hon'ble Apex Court, and it is seen that the issues are also not framed by the Court below.

4. This Court is of the considered view, that the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur, is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid suit in O.S.No.341 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight months (8) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
