ORDER
Heard Mr.M.Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to to furnish the final order dated 05.05.2003 in No.741/2002 in connection with the document which was registered as pending document No.5123/02 on the file of the 2nd respondent SubRegistrar office. 3.At the time when the writ petition was taken up for admission, a direction was issued to the learned Government Advocate to ascertain the availability of the final order dated 05.05.2003. Today, the learned Government Advocate produced before this Court a copy of the said order dated 05.05.2003, which has been certified to be a true copy by the 2nd respondent. The certified copy is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
granted liberty to file an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed by the Inspector General of Registration, the Appellate Authority/the Inspector General, shall not reject the appeal on the ground of limitation since the appeal has been filed after obtaining the true copy of the order dated 05.05.2003 pursuant to the direction issued by this Court. Similarly, the production of the original certified copy is also dispensed with and should not be insisted by the Inspector General of Registration.
4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
