Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to execute the bailable warrant against the 3rd respondent issued by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot in STC.NO.24/2020 dated 8.1.2021 within stipulated period of time.

ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant that has been issued against the 3rd respondent by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, in STC No.24 of 2020 dated 08.01.2021. 2.

Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is now posted for hearing on 10.05.2024. That apart, the bailable warrant has been issued in the year 2021 and therefore, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the bailable warrant and secure the 3rd respondent and produce the 3rd respondent before the concerned Jurisdictional Court viz., District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot on or before 10.05.2024.
