These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1781 & 1749 days in filing the above said appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as 2nd respondent.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 1781 & 1749 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) each to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
