With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Petitioner made a representation dated 11.09.2012 to the first respondent to revise the pension in the light of G.O.Ms.No.235 Finance Department dated 01.06.2009. In the said application, the

first respondent also made a following recommendation: "Particulars verified with service Register and found correct.

1. Net qualifying service 33 y 2m 9d

2. Revised Scale of pay Rs.15600-39100+GP 5400 1.1.07 Rs.15600-39100+GP 5700 1.1.11

3. Amount of Revised pension authorised w.e.f 1.1.2007 Rs.10,500/- 1.1.2011 Rs.10,650/-

4. Amount of Revised family pension authorised w.e.f 1.1.2011 6390/-"

In these circumstances, petitioner seeks for a direction to pass orders on his representation dated 11.09.2012 in the light of the recommendation made by the first respondent. The third respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation dated 11.09.2012 in the light of the recommendation of the first respondent referred to above as well as G.O.Ms.No.235 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
