The Criminal Revision Petition is preferred against the order dated 19.10.2023 passed in M.C.No.181 of 2019 by the Additional Principal Judge, Principal Judge (FAC), Principal Family Court at Coimbatore.
2. Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel on record for Page No.1/8
petitioner and Mr.Kandhan Duraiswami, learned counsel on record for respondent.
3. On 28.08.2024, at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the matter was directed to be posted before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras for arriving at an amicable settlement.
4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submit that lis has since been settled before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and Settlement Agreement dated 15.11.2024 has been entered into between the parties. The Mediation Centre has sent a report, enclosing the Settlement Agreement dated 15.11.2024 entered into between the parties.
5. A scanned reproduction of letter dated 18.11.2024 from the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras under cover of which, the aforementioned mediation report and said Settlement Agreement have been sent to this Court are as follows: Page No.2/8

6. By referring to the aforementioned said Settlement Agreement, both learned counsel submit that the same was duly signed by both parties in the presence of one another.
7. In the light of the above, the Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of said agreement which shall form part of the order.
