1. Counsel for the petitioner affirms that the entire principal amount has been paid.

1.1. Learned counsel further says that, only the interest amount equivalent to Rs.1,20,000/- which was to be paid on or before 15.11.2016 has not been paid.

2. The matter is listed today, only for compliance.

3. Counsel for the respondent company says that, the needful will be done before the next date of hearing. It is made clear that, if the respondent company does not make payment before the next date of hearing, the petitioner will have liberty to move the Court for revival of the company petition.
