This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the first respondent to take necessary criminal action against the fourth to sixth respondents, who are protecting the accused persons.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fourth respondent has issued C.S.R. No. 412 of 2023, dated 08.07.2023. Thereafter, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.08.2023. Therefore, no direction can be issued as sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition.
