This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 2243 days in filing the Petition to bring on record the proposed Respondents who are the Legal Representatives of the deceased third Respondent, who died on 08.10.2016 and implead them as Respondents 6 to 8 in the Appeal.

2. The learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he had not filed counter and he has no objection to condone the delay.

Hence, this Petition is allowed.
