ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 09.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.18799 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation in the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.21349 of 2023 etc., batch dated 03.08.2023, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioners' representation and passed order in G.O.(2D)No.130 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(ii)) Department dated 07.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 07.07.2025 before this Court.
