This Petition is filed to bring on record the proposed Respondents who are the Legal Representatives of the deceased third Respondent, who died on 08.10.2016 and implead them as Respondents 6 to 8 in the Appeal.

Since the Petition to condone the delay was allowed as the Respondent has no objection, this Petition is also allowed.
