(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.) This petition has been filed seeking production of the Petitioner's wife viz., Sharmila, aged about 38 years who has been missing from 12.02.2020. In this regard, a FIR has also been registered.

2.When the matter is called today, the alleged detenue viz., Sharmila is produced before this Court. The detenue refused to go along with her husband/petitioner on certain issues. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above, this Petition is closed. The parties are at liberty to work out their remedy before the appropriate forum.
