ORDER

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1,2 and 4, and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 3 & 5 and perused materials available on record.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 23.02.2018.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is a licensee under the first respondent since 01.06.2006 and he has been running a telephone booth. The licence of the shop was not renewed, despite his representation. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that after deliberation, the petitioner is now allotted with 8 x 6 space to run his business in a daily market and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

5. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
