ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying

with the order dated 08.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21406 of 2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the order dated 08.08.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21406 of 2014 has been complied with in G.O.(3D)No.5, dated 12.02.2016 and the same was confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Forest) and the learned Special Government Pleader.
