ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for violating the order passed by this Court dated 23.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9192 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31202 of 2022.

2.This Court while disposing the earlier petition, has directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of 4 months.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed in CC No.248 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. 06-01-2026 dn
