This petition is filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the above Cross Objection.

2. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are not satisfactory, this Court is inclined to allow the petition in the interest of justice and in order to give opportunity to the petitioner to defend the case on merit. Hence the delay of 133 days in filing the above Cross Objection is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to take the Cross Objection on file, if it is otherwise in order.
