ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the condition of depositing 10% of the cheque amount i.e., Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousands only) passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.36484/2024 dated 20.12.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 07.03.2025. If the petitioner fails to comply the condition, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
