O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 323 and 324 of IPC, in Crime No.522 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail 1/4

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioners along with other accused persons asked the de-facto complainant for his twowheeler. However, he refused to give his two-wheeler. Thereafter the petitioners along with the other accused allegedly assaulted the de-facto complainant and caused him simple injuries. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, she prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are 10 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. Hence, she opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has 10 previous cases and also the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. 24.02.2026 nvi To 1.The Inspector of Police, Kanchi Taluk Police Station, Kanchipuram District.
