Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 to 3 herein from unrecognizing or disregarding the duly approved qualification of B.E. Degree of the petitioner and further directing respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner for selection to the post of Asst.Engineer-Electrical, taking into consideration his B.E.
