ORDER
The petitioner was selected and appointed as Staff Nurse in the year 2013 and posted at Government Thiruvarur Medical College & Hospital, Thiruvarur on 21.9.2013. Since her husband Mr.P.Rajakumar is also working as Grade-Ii Police Constable in the first battalion of Armed Reserve, Tirunelveli city, she wants to go back to Tirunelveli. She has also delivered a male child at Tirunelveli in the year 2016 and the petitioner's mother in law is now taking care of the male child. In view of her posting at the Government Thiruvarur Medical College & Hospital, Thiruvarur, she frequently undertakes the 400 Kms., long distance to reach her family and not able to pay attention to her family affairs. Therefore, she has given representations on 6.3.2017 and 12.3.2018 to consider her case on humanitarian grounds. But till date, no order has been passed thereon. Hence, she has come to this Court.
2. Both the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents sought four weeks time to consider the pending representations.
3. Placing on record their request, this Court directs the second and third respondents to consider the case of the petitioner on humanitarian grounds, as and when any vacancy arises, and do the needful.
