(ORIGINALLY REGISTERED BY THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, MANGADU POLICE STATION, KANCHEEPURAM DISTRICT AND LATER TRANSFERRED TO THE RESPONDENT) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2990/2022 dated 15.02.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00. a.m until further orders and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2990 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation.
