W.M.P.No.17764 of 2016 in W.P.No.16510 of 1990 P.T.ASHA.J This petition is filed by the petitioners to implead the petitioners 1 to 4 herein as party respondents 3 to 6 in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard Mr.J.Sivanandaraaj, learned senior counsel for Mr.Roshan Balasubramanian and Mr.V.Gunasekar, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

5.The learned counsel for the respondents shall submit a report, along with photographs, about the current status in which the land is now situate, and shall also produce the revenue records with reference to the survey numbers up-to-date.

6 Post the Writ Petition for hearing on 22.11.2024 at 2.15pm.
