This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to defreeze the current bank account bearing A/C No. 200001855221 of the petitioner maintained with the second respondent.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that already the first respondent has given instructions to the second respondent to defreeze the petitioner's account and permit the petitioner to operate it.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to defreeze the petitioner's account and permit the petitioner to operate his account.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Peititon is disposed of.
